    Gillette Family…Brecksville, Family Session

With families with small children the conversations can get interrupted, everyone wants to share a story, the squeals of the youngest daughter of pure joy because they brought their pup to the shoot was enough enthusiasm even for strangers. I cannot express enough of how much fun I had during our session. The smiles and laughter this family must share on a daily basis….truly a blessing!   Here are a few of my favorites from our session…

    Too Much Sibling Cuteness…

Meet the Rusinko family…they are so darn cute! These kids are all around sweet children, and take care of each other.  This is the second time I photographed this family…per their mama’s request as her birthday wish…I am more than happy to record these memories. So two years later I got to capture more memories for the Rusinko family…and how much change can happen in 2 years… They got so big, yet they feel still itty bitty to me!  Sigh…just simply adore this little happy beautiful family. Here are some of my favorites from there session…it was a beautiful sunny day but quite chilly, and everyone was a trooper!

    Hello 2015

Well it is the second day of 2015 and I am sitting at my desk listening to music as I breeze through my business portfolio of  2014 and all of a sudden feel an overwhelming feeling of joy. As you know I am not one to make New Year’s resolutions ~ since that is pretty much the kiss of death for succeeding.  As from last years revelation {not resolution} I have promised myself to learned the art of living every day the best that I can. I am far from perfect, but part of my personality I strive to do everything so perfectly when to realize I am not perfect…

    Grown up…

…it is amazing how fast time goes by…thinking back twenty years ago when I moved into my house and neighborhood it was so quiet with just a few families with kids…then fast forward 3 – 4 years and boom…kids everywhere…and then 5-10 years later they play everywhere and with everyone…neighbors have come and gone and some I haven’t seen since they have moved but one family I was able to keep in touch with after they moved away and even had the opportunity to take one of their son’s senior pictures…live many states away… Meet Jacob…he flew all the way here to Ohio from Texas to visit with his childhood…

It’s time to say our goodbyes to Tinzel and wait until next holiday season for him to reappear…oh what will he be up to next year?  We enjoyed seeking for him every morning…sometimes he was a good little elf and others he was up to his normal mischievous self.  Either way we will miss him…however I don’t think Frankie will think of peanut butter kiss cookies the same way again LOL 🙂

Elf on the Shelf – Tinzel Updates

It never amazes me the world my daughter sees through her eyes….to be 10 years old again. Every morning she is so excited to get up and scour the house to look for Tinzel…I can post a picture of him everyday of what he is up to…but that of course requires me to blog every day…lol…just not gonna happen. As I am typing this my mind is racing on finalizing my schedule up til Christmas both personal and professional. I haven’t even begun shopping…and since my weekends during the days are dedicated to photo sessions and my weekend nights seems dedicated to holiday parties (not that I am complaining…I love…

Medina Photography – Family Photography – Mini Session

As I am always promising myself to keep my blog updated its so extremely hard to do this this time of year, let alone during my busy seasons….so what’s my excuse that the busy season is winding down…EEK…and I still haven’t blogged in days….orders…clients are placing their orders….well YAY for orders for boo for my blog. It seems almost impossible to do both these days. I used the excuse that turkey day was here and was time to decorate the house, but that’s all done…and not to mention I haven’t even begun Christmas Shopping…or sent out my Christmas cards {thats a whole other blog post if I can get into…

Getting Exciting for Holidays Nearing…Help from an Elf

Tinzel has been entertaining us…mainly my daughter and her friends…every morning before school her friends come over to get on the bus and before breakfast they are on the manhunt to find Tinzel. Sometimes he is extremely easy to find but others you can just pass him up like he belongs in the background. I am having so much fun with Francesca and her beliefs in the magic of Christmas…makes me feel like a kid again.  I think I am stunned when I read that some people are Elf on the Shelf haters (EEK!!!) especially when we find so much joy with ours and he just helps us spread the magic…

Mini Photo Session – Medina Photography

I have had a few mini session this fall and I have to say I totally fell in love with these two sisters. You couldn’t pick more complete oppositie girls if you tried while having the same empathy and compassion. The older sister more wise, reserved, and quiet…more alert of the unknown while displaying a dark artistic side and the little sister so pure and innocent…letting anyone in.  Here are my favorites:

The Return of Elf on the Shelf…our very own TINZEL

Every year we have the pleasure to visit with our own Santa’s little helper Tinzel… comes and goes everyday and honestly helps keep my little one in line (LOL) But as an entire family we love to see where he is going to pop up next!  Last year he was naughty a few times but overall was a fun loving little elf. We found him underneath our Christmas tree the very next morning we decorated it 🙂  He and Woody are pals and we found them playing a game of Trivia Pursuit!  Too cute!

Medina Photography – Mini Photo Shoot – Family Photography

Here is a sneak peek at another mini session…this time it is of two adorable sisters!…Had so much fun with these girls…and what can top that is when they told me they were excited about the photo shoot. I just love when kids love getting their pictures taken…of course I love candid shots but when I can get adorable  posed portraits with genuine smile I’m one happy photographer 🙂  Here are my favorites from the shoot… …introducing the Hinton sisters…Olivia and Abby …Olivia is the oldest…plays soccer and giggles a lot…{thought I’d add that in LOL} …and here is the younger sister Abby…such a joy…always smiling and got ever so…

Nicole – Medina’s 2013 High School Senior Photography

I had so much fun with Nicole on her session. I went to school with her mom…and I knew our kids went to the same school because we kept running into her. I almost went to a time warp when I look at Nicole because this is how I remember her mom {take away the big hair…LOL…we are a product of the 80’s – haha}. I still can’t get over how fast the years go by. We really need to absorb what is around us and live in the moment just for that reason.  These are my favorites images from her session.

The Beginning of a New Family…

This is the second post for Meghan and Ray Ciacchi…their wedding.  I was amazed on how beautiful the church was inside…gorgeous and the presence it had…absolutely stunning. Another memory I will always have is how WARM it was inside the church…an exceptionally warm day for September…I felt bad for all those beautiful bridal party gals and handsome groomsmen on looking all dolled-up and withstanding the heat! I had to share both the black and white and colored one only because the show different emotions! I am sure there is such relief when the vows are done…pressure is off…time for the partay! It is now official!  Look how happy they are!

Gift Certificates Available – Tis the Season – ALREADY?

It’s hard to believe that summer came and went, but that the leaves are almost done falling and the moment Halloween is over with…CHRISTMAS decorations will be EVERYWHERE!  This is my favorite holiday but I have mixed emotions on how early the “pump” for Christmas starts in the retail world. I personally like to get my Christmas shopping done before Thanksgiving but the past few years just haven’t cooperated to reach that goal…this year is different!  So to ride the retail bandwagon I have gift certificates available for the perfect Christmas gift to use anytime during the year for your loved ones – $60 or $100 value to go towards a…

What Would It Be Like Without Family? Medina Family Photography

My mom’s side of the family is teeny-tiny compared to my dad’s side…I feel such a special bond with my cousin and my aunt its hard to explain. I miss them, but when we do get together its nothing but laughs! I still see my little cousin as well, my little cousin, but she is all grown now with her own family and I couldn’t be happier for her. She now gets to experience that love you cannot describe when it comes to the love for your children.  I believe I am blessed with the best family any one can experience…throughout our lives we change for the obstacles that come our…

Medina Family Photography – DiNunzio Family

This photo shoot was originally for the youngest daughter…possibly with a few of their son…it ended up with all three and I couldn’t be happier…Bella, the oldest, came with the attitude her picture WAS NOT going to be taken…but of course she changed her mind…and Mia the youngest…OH MY GOODNESS  such a joy!  And then their is Luca….and those EYES…those eyes that melt your soul…he will definitely be a lady killer in 12+ years {haha} I enjoy family photo shoots so much because I love witnessed the children interacting…Mia looking up at her older sister all the while never leaving her brother’s side…her comforts in life….couldn’t get any better 🙂…

My Sweet Haley Baley – Medina Photography

This is my daughter’s best friend…she calls her her sister… Francesca has to write in her journal for school and one day she picked the topic of Haley to write about and I wish to share to you what she said…too cute: Haley and I are just like sisters. We’ve been through a lot together. We met when we were 4 months old. When I was little I thought Haley as just one of my friends but she’s not my friend, she’s my sister. We both do the same things. We have a lot of sleepovers and it’s always the BEST time. Now I realize what she means to me.…

Driven by passion and motivation – Medina High School Senior – Nick Mille

My favorite part of my job as a photography is taking photographs of high school seniors and young children. The younger children have such dreams and imagination and I just love capturing those moments with the camera…but when you take pictures of high school seniors you captures there dreams and imagination as they unfold. I love when the students have the gift of gab {which is a good thing because I can go on and on as well} and share there stories of high school and what they expect from themselves when they enter college and beyond. This particular student, Nick, loves to entertain…music…plays…and he sees himself on Broadway in…

    My blogging begins here…

Victoria Campbell Photography – new to blogging June 1, 2010 I’d have to admit I am new to blogging. I have always enjoyed reading blogs over the past few years so here goes. This is my oldest daughter who graduated in 2010 and I took a few snapshots for her prom.  I thought she looked so beautiful (not that she isn’t) but she just looked absolutely radiant that day!  I think she looks absolutely radiant.   2010 was big for the McAfee-Campbell household because we had two graduates. My step-daughter Samantha also went to prom and graduated with my daughter, which we are very grateful of the tight family bond.  …
